This interactive timeline is a chronological representation of the significant  historical events of this area leading up to today.  To find more information on an event, place cursor over timeline dot or the information bubble and left click. This will expand the window to full screen.  It is also possible to zoom in on the timeline by adjusting the tabs in the bottom corners of the table. 
This is only a basic timeline and much more information will be added in the near future.
