Who Knew?

Not only is the Carter County area rich in American History, it has also been the home to some very interesting visitors and fun facts. For instance, the photo above was taken near the Milligan College and it would really surprise you to know who is in the photo. 


Some of the stories were historically documented. Others are area folklore which in my opinion is almost as good. Some of these stories have been passed down for many generations.
